Inspired by the health qualities of this timeless fruit and dreaming of holidays with clear blue seas and skies, Blueberry Harrogate Gin was born. The perfect recipe of the finest, fresh botanicals, handpicked from the 750-year-old gardens at the Ripley Castle Estate. The result is a delicious gin with a complex flavour that is perfect for sipping on its own or mixing into your favourite cocktails. The standard London Dry release from the Harrogate team is produced using a selection of Premium Botanicals some of which are source from the Royal Horticultural Society's Garden Harlow Carr! Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750-year-old gardens within the Castle walls as we’re passionate about our location, the environment and keeping everything as local as possible.

An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. Running throughout you can expect notes of Classic Dry Gin flavours before hints of Pink Grapefruit on the undertone along with a Floral Goodness to balance. The retail team will guide you through the full range where you can sample the products to find your preferred style of gin while also advising you on the perfect way to serve in your own home. We really enjoyed our Master Distiller experience at the home of Slingsby Gin in Harrogate and would highly recommend it to other gin enthusiasts. You will select your botanicals with guidance, distil in one of the mini copper stills and bottle with your very own 70cl gin complete with a personalised label to take home.Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created this classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach.
